Arts Fire RVA Pantry (“we,” “us,” or “the app”) respects your privacy. This statement describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store only:
We do not collect passwords, payment details, contacts, location, device identifiers beyond what is required to run the signed-in session, or any other Google profile data.
We use this information solely to operate the app: to identify you when you sign in, to associate your activity with your account, and to support roles and access within Arts Fire RVA Pantry.
We do not sell, rent, or share your user ID, account name, or email address with third parties. This information is not sent outside the app or its hosting environment except as needed to provide the service you use (for example, delivering a support reply if you contact us).
We do not use cookies. Session information needed to keep you signed in is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We retain your user ID, account name, and email address for as long as your account is used with the app, or until an administrator removes it.
You may stop using the app at any time. To request removal of your account information from our records, contact pantry support through the channels provided in the app.
We may update this statement from time to time. The version available in the app or on our site is the current statement.
